Aim / creating richer automated radio content
- Develop tools that use music fingerprinting to analyse live broadcast and on demand radio content.
- Audio would be analysed to time stamp and identify a tracklist.
- The tools would also enable interrogation of music databases to append the appropriate metadata to the audio file which could include title, artist, publisher, label etc.
- This metadata would ideally be embedded in the audio file as well as an associated XML feed.
- These tools should be built with industry standard software in mind.
